In over 40 years of glass and ceramic processing, we have developed a special sensitivity in handling delicate components. Aachener Quarzglas has been utilizing this experience for more than 15 years in the development of innovative packaging solutions for the secure transport of high-quality yet fragile components.
On behalf of our customers, we manufacture both single-use and reusable complete packaging that meets the highest purity requirements, including cleanroom quality. The custom-designed packaging provides professional transport protection for high-tech products made from quartz glass, ceramics, Ceran, or porous frit materials, as well as precision components made from molybdenum, graphite, or foam graphite.
Aachener Quarzglas develops visually appealing and functional packaging concepts in a wide variety of configurations and sizes. With a precise and highly flexible manufacturing process, we are able to quickly meet packaging needs, regardless of the required quantity, at economical conditions.
Originally, our packaging development was driven by the need to package our own products. Today, however, the majority of packaging requests are for external products!
