Quality management
In March 2021, Aachener Quarzglas Technologie Heinrich GmbH & Co. KG introduced a QM system according to ISO 9001:2015 and successfully certified it by DQS.
The certification of our QM system covers all relevant processes required to identify and implement the diverse requirements of our demanding customer base.
In addition to meeting the standards, we placed particular emphasis on developing a practical and flexible tool during the implementation of our QM system. This tool supports us in our daily work, both in our internal interactions between the individual process disciplines and in our external exchanges with our long-standing partners. It also allows for dynamic development in line with our philosophy of continuous improvement.
This will ensure that we continue to achieve our highest goal: customer satisfaction, in the future.
